EXCELLENCE in coffee extraction
Independent Boilers
Separate boilers for each group head allow barista to optimize temperature for individual coffees. Three large stainless steel boilers, two for coffee and one for steam (steam and boiling water) supplied with preheated water (about 500 ml each).
Thermal Stability System
As water passes through each element, temperature is further stabilized. Copper winding system resulting in a temperature oscillation of less than 1 degree Celsius, each component is thermally insulated
Stainless Steel Portfilters
Stainless steel portfilters improve your cup quality and consistency. They are also very easy to clean
