With a stable and reliable group, it ensures durability and control of the coffee machine and it provides all the required technological features for the perfect cup of coffee. Through a high accuracy flow meter and an electronic processing unit, it offers the possibility of pre-setting each button for the desired coffee quantity, as well as temperature electric control by its independent boilers.
Intelligent solutions for continuously expanding quality
Independent Boilers
Separate boilers for each group head allow barista to optimize temperature for individual coffees. Three large stainless steel boilers, two for coffee and one for steam (steam and boiling water) supplied with preheated water (about 500 ml each).
Thermal Stability System
As water passes through each element, temperature is further stabilized. Copper winding system resulting in a temperature oscillation of less than 1 degree Celsius, each component is thermally insulated
